Protection of Personal Data Disclosure Statement
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK), we explain below who processes your personal data, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and with whom it is shared. For job applications, the Candidate Disclosure Statement also applies.

3. Method of collection
Your data is collected electronically via forms and cookies on the site; and through email, phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings at the workshop.
4. With whom do we share?
We do not share your data with anyone for sales or advertising purposes. To perform the service, only the following service providers process your data to the necessary extent and on our behalf:

5. Transfer abroad
Some of the providers above process data on servers outside Turkey. These transfers are made in accordance with KVKK Art.9; transfers in services using cookies are based on your explicit consent given in the preference window.
6. Retention periods

Upon expiration of the period, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. Your contact form messages are forwarded to our email inbox. In case the email does not reach us, a copy of the message, along with the submission date, IP address, and browser information, is kept as a backup on the site's server (OVH, France) and deleted upon expiration of the aforementioned period. Photos you send are not stored on the server. Job application form submissions are not stored on the server.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art.11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically and abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed; to request its deletion or destruction within the framework of Art.7; to request notification of these operations to third parties to whom it has been transferred; to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and to demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing. You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
8. How to apply?
You can submit your application using the methods on the KVKK Application Form page: by wet signature to the workshop address, from your email address previously notified to us to sebnem@antikatamiri.com, or with KEP, secure electronic signature, or mobile signature. We will respond to your application within 30 days at the latest, generally free of charge.
