The item you have entrusted to us is a historically and aesthetically valuable, special piece. As the Antique Repair and Restoration Team, we carry out all our operations with utmost precision, professionalism, and adherence to confidentiality principles. The details regarding the process are summarized below:

  1. RECEIPT AND PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT
  • Your item will be examined by our expert team.
  • Damage assessment, material analysis, and evaluation of previous interventions will be conducted.
  • Based on the examination, proposed procedures will be presented to you.
  1. RECORDING AND DOCUMENTATION
  • The item's dimensions, current condition, and damages will be recorded and photographed.
  • A special work order will be prepared for each item.
  1. QUOTATION AND APPROVAL
  • A quotation will be prepared, detailing the procedures to be performed, the techniques and materials to be used, the estimated duration, and the cost.
  • No work will commence without your written or verbal approval.
  1. RESTORATION AND REPAIR
  • Restoration will be carried out in adherence to the original texture and materials.
  • Missing parts will be reproduced as needed, in accordance with the item's period.
  • Surface cleaning, polishing, painting, turning, and carpentry work will be professionally applied.
  1. SECURITY, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND INSURANCE
  • Your item will be protected in secure areas.
  • Your client information and item details will not be shared with third parties.
  • Due to the age and material properties of antique items, cracking, breakage, or deformation may rarely occur during the process. Our company does not accept responsibility in such cases.
  • Items are not insured in our workshop; by entrusting an item, the client is deemed to have accepted this condition.
  1. PROCESS TRACKING AND COMMUNICATION
  • Regular updates will be provided regarding the stages of the process.
  • Client approval will be obtained for unexpected situations or when additional procedures are required.
  1. QUALITY CONTROL AND DELIVERY
  • Quality control will be performed after all procedures are completed.
  • Pre- and post-procedure documentation will be provided to you.
  • Delivery can be arranged by client pickup or through our special transportation service.
  1. WARRANTY AND RESPONSIBILITY
  • Due to the nature of antiques and old items, a full warranty cannot be provided.
  • Some imperfections are intentionally not rectified to avoid damaging the original structure.
  • Our company is not responsible for user-induced damages occurring after delivery.
  1. CANCELLATION OF WORK AND FAILURE TO COLLECT
  • In case of cancellation after approval, completed partial procedures will be charged.
  • For uncollected items, the maximum storage period in our workshop is 45 days. Responsibility is not accepted for situations exceeding this period.
