In accordance with Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) No. 6698, we explain below how the personal data you share via the 'Join Our Team' application form is processed.

1. Data Controller

2. Processed Personal Data

  • Identity: name, surname
  • Contact: phone, email, neighborhood / district of residence
  • Professional experience and education: field of application, duration of experience, school and department, internship period and type
  • Information included in your CV and short note

Please do not include information such as Turkish ID number, health, religion, association or union membership in your CV.

3. Purposes of Processing

Evaluating your application, contacting you, and scheduling an interview; if you provide explicit consent, re-evaluating your application for future open positions.

4. Method of Collection and Legal Basis

Your data is collected electronically via the application form on our website. Legal bases: direct relevance to the establishment of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and the legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 5/2-f). The retention of your application for future positions is based on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

5. Transfer

Your data will not be shared with third parties except for the execution of the application process. It will only be present in the systems of our service providers to the extent necessary for the technical provision of website and email services; it may be transferred to legally authorized institutions upon their request.

6. Retention Period

Your application is retained throughout the evaluation process. Data related to unsuccessful applications is deleted when the process is completed. If you have given explicit consent, your application will be retained for a maximum of 1 year; you can withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Your Rights

In accordance with KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to request its correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and its deletion within the framework of Art. 7, to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automatic systems, and to demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
