KVKK Application Form

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may complete this form and submit it via one of the methods below. There is no online form available on the site; your application will only reach us through the channel you choose.

Application Methods

  1. By hand-delivering the signed form to our workshop, or by sending it via postal service or notary: Fenerbahçe Mah. Bağdat Cad. No:214 D1, Çiftehavuzlar, Kadıköy / İstanbul
  2. From your email address previously notified to us and recorded in our systems, to sebnem@antikatamiri.com
  3. Via Registered Electronic Mail (REM), secure electronic signature, or mobile signature

We will respond to your application within 30 days at the latest, generally free of charge. We may request additional information to verify your identity. Information on how your data is processed can be found in the KVKK Data Protection Clarification Text.
